施工依頼し一年程度経過しますが不満が消えるどころかこちらで塗装を依頼したことを後悔してます。

満足いく外壁色にしたいと思いこちらは素人の為、MAXリペイントの方のアドバイスを期待したのですが色カラーの冊子のみ渡され、お客様のご希望の色はこの色に近いと思いますが、お客様自身が、この冊子の中の見本より決めてくださいとこっちに寄り添ってくれもせずに全く丁寧さがなく感じられました。
施工後、素人が模索しアドバイスを受けずに決めた色のため、MAXリペイントの社長の甥っ子が今回、担当者であったので思った色にならなかったことを担当者にクレームを入れると個人の主観であり、希望の色にならないのはしょうがないの一点張りでいくら言っても話にならず、こちらも強めにクレームを入れ一部の塗り替えを依頼したのですが最初の契約時とは打って代わり、二重人格かと思うほど喧嘩腰で言われ私が言った言葉にたいし、逆にクレームを入れられ担当者では話しにならないのでMAXリペイントの社長に直接、相談をし最終的には一部の塗り替えはしていただいたのですが結局、私がしたかった色にはならずに諦めたのが現状でした。
最初の契約時にMAXリペイントの社長がお客様に喜んでもらい、最後を迎えたいという言葉を信じ、契約しましたが高いお金を払い、希望の色にもならず家をみるたびにあの日のことを思いだしこのような最悪な終わり方をしたことについては残念でなりません。
契約するしないは皆さまのご自由ですが今回、決めればこの金額でとか先程、話した甘い言葉に騙されず色んな業者と話し決められなければ家は一生ものなので私みたいに後悔がないようよう今回の経験で私の口コミを見られた方が参考になったらと切に思います。

They didn't seem to understand my needs at all, and I felt they lacked any consideration or helpfulness.

After the work was completed, because I, a layperson, had chosen the color without any advice, and the person in charge this time was the nephew of the MAX Repaint president, I complained to him that the color wasn't what I wanted. He insisted that it was a matter of personal preference and that it couldn't be helped if the color wasn't what I wanted, and no matter how much I argued, he wouldn't listen. I strongly protested and requested a partial repaint, but his attitude completely changed from the initial contract; he became confrontational, almost like he had a split personality. He even complained back at what I said. Since I couldn't get anywhere with the person in charge, I consulted directly with the president of MAX Repaint. Ultimately, they did repaint a portion of the wall, but in the end, it wasn't the color I wanted, and I've given up.

When I first signed the contract, I believed the president of MAX Repaint when he said he wanted to make me happy and give me a satisfying final result. However, I paid a lot of money, the color wasn't what I wanted, and every time I look at my house, I'm reminded of that day. I'm so disappointed that it ended up being such a terrible experience.

While it's entirely up to you whether or not to sign a contract, I strongly advise against being deceived by sweet words like "if you decide, it'll be this price" or similar promises. Talk to various contractors and make your decision carefully. A house is a lifelong investment, so I sincerely hope that my experience will be helpful to others who read my review and avoid making the same mistake I did.
